During the days following Eid al-Adha, Muslims who were unable to offer the sacrifice on the main celebration day are still permitted to do so, and their sacrifice carries the same religious value as if it had been performed on Eid day itself.
The Rwanda Muslim Community announced that a total of 3,078 animals had been sacrificed across the country since Eid al-Adha celebrations began on the 27th.

Rwandan Pilgrims Finalize Hajj Journey
Meanwhile, pilgrims performing the Hajj pilgrimage are completing the final stages of the rituals, as the large gathering of Muslims in Mecca, Mecca, starts returning to their respective countries.
This year, 72 Muslims from Rwanda successfully performed Hajj. Among them, 62 traveled through the regular program organized by the Rwanda Muslim Community, while 10 others attended as special guests invited by the King of Saudi Arabia.
