Youth Inspired by FPR Inkotanyi Assembly, Vow to Apply Knowledge Gained

Youth in Gatsibo District, Kabarore Sector, expressed their excitement after attending an FPR Inkotanyi assembly. The meeting focused on agriculture and livestock. It aimed to help young people become self-reliant and create income.


Focus on Skills for Self-Reliance

First, the assembly brought together local leaders and many young people. They were eager to learn new skills.

As a result, participants said the knowledge gained would help them improve their daily lives. It would also help them start small projects.

ALSO READ: President Kagame stressed that those who think Rwanda cannot host major events are stuck in the past.


Leaders Highlight Role of Youth

During the meeting, Richard Gasana, Chairman of FPR Inkotanyi, spoke about the role of youth. He said young people are key to national development.

He encouraged them to avoid laziness and use available opportunities.

He said:
“Youth are the strength of the nation. Be bold to work, innovate, and use the opportunities you have. Agriculture and livestock are among the pillars of development, and they will provide sustainable solutions for your livelihoods.”


Encouraged to Work Together

In addition, Richard Gasana advised youth to work in groups. This approach helps them share ideas and support each other.

Moreover, working together makes it easier to find markets for their products.

He also stressed the importance of self-reliance and love for the country.


Youth Ready to Take Action

After the meeting, many young people shared their views. They said they are ready to use the knowledge they gained.

For example, they plan to start small businesses and farming activities.

They also said such meetings help them learn from others. Therefore, they gain a clearer vision for their future.


Building Rwanda’s Future

Finally, the assembly helped youth build confidence. It also showed them their role in national development.

Overall, the FPR Inkotanyi youth assembly Rwanda continues to empower young people. It prepares them to contribute to a stronger and more developed country.
