Haringingo Praises Team Improvement
After the match, Rayon Sports head coach Haringingo Francis said APR FC faced a very different Rayon Sports side compared to previous encounters.
He said: “Today, they saw a different Rayon Sports than the one they played a few days ago. Even in the next match, they will see another team because we are improving. If it were not for certain changes, the result would have been different.”

Penalty Decision Sparks Debate
Haringingo also questioned the penalty awarded to APR FC, saying it cost his team the chance to collect all three points.
He said: “The referee made a mistake and gave the wrong penalty, which denied us the chance to earn three points.”
Title Race Still Open
The draw left second-placed APR FC eight points ahead of fourth placed Rayon Sports.
When asked whether Rayon Sports were out of the title race, Haringingo said the next match would provide the answer.
He said: “I think the next match will tell us if we are still in the race for the title. We wanted to win this match, reduce the gap to five points, and then hope they lose elsewhere.”
