Officers and soldiers from the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) have completed a Special Forces training program. The training lasted nine months and took place at the Nasho Military Training Centre in Kirehe District. As a result, the RDF continues to build a stronger and more skilled force.

Intensive Training Builds Skills and Discipline
During the program, trainees followed a demanding schedule. They practiced physical fitness, combat skills, and teamwork. In addition, they learned how to operate in difficult and high-risk environments. This training prepared them for future missions.
Graduation Ceremony Marks Success
The RDF held the graduation ceremony on March 27, 2026. The event took place at the training centre in Nasho. It celebrated the hard work and success of all participants.

Chief of Defence Staff Praises Graduates
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Mubarakh Muganga, led the ceremony. He praised the officers and soldiers for their effort and discipline. Moreover, he highlighted their strong teamwork during the training.

General Muganga encouraged the graduates to stay focused on their duties. He also urged them to maintain high standards of professionalism. Furthermore, he asked them to use the skills they gained to serve the country effectively.
