Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz is expected to arrive in Kigali with a team of more than 30 people ahead of his concert at BK Arena on August 29, 2026.

Diamond to Travel With His Regular Team
Reliable information indicates that Diamond will travel to Rwanda with a large team of people who regularly work with him.
Sources close to Wasafi said the artist wants to give his Rwandan fans an exciting experience, which is why members of his usual support team will accompany him to Kigali.
The group is expected to include his advisers, dancers, journalists from Wasafi TV and Wasafi FM, as well as members of the team responsible for managing his social media platforms.

Wasafi Artists Could Join Diamond
There is also a possibility that Diamond could surprise his fans by arriving in Kigali with some artists from Wasafi Records whom he regularly supports.
A source from Wasafi told IGIHE that the Kigali concert is being treated as more than an ordinary performance. “We no longer consider Diamond’s concert in Kigali as an ordinary concert. We want to bring joy to our fans, and we believe it will go well. The large team that usually supports him will also be there.”
Diamond to Share Stage With Rwandan Artists
During the concert, Diamond is expected to share the stage with some of Rwanda’s leading artists, including Bruce Melodie, Nel Ngabo and Ish Kevin.
The event will also feature performances by DJs, including DJ Marnaud and Etania, who will entertain fans throughout the concert.
