The Rwanda Development Board (RDB), in partnership with MOJA Rwanda Ltd, has launched a national lottery called ‘InteGO!’, which is expected to generate $37.6 million [more than RWF 55 billion] for Rwanda.
In May 2026, the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) signed a 10-year partnership agreement with MOJA Group Inc., through its subsidiary MOJA Rwanda Ltd, aimed at operating the national lottery.

On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the two parties announced the establishment of ‘InteGO!’, which will contribute to the country’s development in various ways, particularly in sports.
The Head of the National Commission for Games of Chance under RDB, Nyombayire Serge, said that InteGO! would help the Government of Rwanda generate more than RWF 55 billion.

He said, “It is projected that over a period of five years, InteGO! will generate $37.6 million (RWF 55,619,010,400) for the Government of Rwanda. This money will support national development programmes, including sports, health, and culture.”
The Chief Executive Officer of InteGO!, Muhizi Daniel, stated that it would operate transparently to deliver benefits to the country and Rwandans.

He said, “InteGO! operates with integrity, in accordance with the laws and regulations governing games of chance in Rwanda.”
“There is a focus on technology, and we carefully manage Rwandans’ money so that they can play for entertainment while having a goal. Games of chance can be addictive, which is why you must play in moderation.”
To start betting on InteGO!, you first need to open an account by registering with your phone number and password. You then confirm that you are 18 years old or above, after which you verify your phone number using a code sent to you via SMS.
Once you have created an account, you log in and deposit money using Mobile Money through whichever network you use. Your available balance is displayed at the top of every page, where your winnings are also shown.

The games are played in two ways. One of them is called ‘590 Game’, in which you select up to five numbers from those ranging from 1 to 90.
Here, you choose the number you want to play and select it. The prize can reach up to 40,000 times the amount you bet. The lucky winners will be announced on Rwanda Television from Monday to Friday.
There is another game called ‘FATA 12’. In this game, you select one box from numbers 1 to 12 and place your bet. Whoever matches the ball that comes out will win 11 times the amount they bet. In that case, the winner receives their winnings immediately.
The betting amount does not exceed RWF 1,000 per round, with four betting options: RWF 100, RWF 200, RWF 500, and RWF 1,000. A person can also place bets only five times per day.
