On 29 April 2026, at Kanombe Military Barracks, the RDF Chief of Defence Staff, General MK Mubarakh, officiated the passing-out ceremony of Military Police personnel who successfully completed their training.

Call for Continuous Training and Professionalism
He congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of continuous training in maintaining professionalism within the Rwanda Defence Force. He urged the Military Police Brigade to uphold the highest standards of discipline and remain exemplary guardians of the core values across all formations.

New Sports and Training Facilities Inaugurated
General MK Mubarakh also inaugurated newly constructed sports and training facilities, including basketball, volleyball, and netball courts, as well as a modern gymnasium. He highlighted their importance in improving physical fitness and advancing professional development.
