Rwanda’s leading beverage manufacturer, Bralirwa Plc, has reported a strong financial performance for the first half of 2026, posting a net profit of RWF 25.3 billion after tax. This represents a 37.6% increase compared with the same period in 2025.
The company announced the results on 6 August 2026 as it released its financial report for the six months ending 30 June 2026.
According to the report, Bralirwa’s net profit increased from RWF 18.4 billion in the first half of 2025 to RWF 25.3 billion during the same period in 2026.
The growth was mainly driven by higher sales volumes of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, together with strategic pricing measures introduced to offset rising market costs.
During the first six months of 2026, the company generated RWF 149.8 billion in revenue, up from RWF 124.9 billion in the corresponding period of 2025, representing a 20% increase.
