The video, which circulated on Instagram, reportedly shows women carrying newborn babies out of a hospital’s labour room before gathering for a photograph. The footage attracted widespread attention, with users sharing congratulatory messages and expressing excitement over the alleged birth.
However, reports published by Indian media outlets NDTV and The Tribune on October 9 and 10, 2026, raised doubts about the claim. The reports noted that the visuals may combine AI generated images with footage from other sources. The specific incident in India has not been independently verified.
Some social media users also suggested that similar images had previously circulated alongside different claims about births in Pakistan. This has raised concerns about potentially misleading content being shared to attract online engagement.

Similar Birth Reported in Pakistan
Although the latest claim remains unverified, multiple births involving six babies, medically known as sextuplets, have occurred elsewhere.
In April 2024, a woman identified as Zeenat Bibi gave birth to four boys and two girls at a hospital in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. According to Geo News, the mother and newborns were reported to be in good health and received hospital care.
