Statement from the U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican
The U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican, Brian Burch, said Rubio’s talks are expected to be frank and sincere.
He stated: “Countries often have disagreements, and I believe one way to resolve them is through brotherly dialogue that is honest. I think the Secretary of State will come here in that spirit, seeking to explain U.S. policy truthfully and to offer support.”
