Creation of Muganga SACCO
Leaders launched this initiative in Gatsibo District, especially in Kabarere Sector. Many health workers had worked in different cooperatives before. These groups struggled with poor financial management, limited project information, and weak operations.
To solve these issues, leaders brought them together under Muganga SACCO to build a stronger and more efficient structure.
