Numida, a financial technology company, has launched its services in Rwanda. It offers loans without collateral to small business owners. As a result, many entrepreneurs can now access credit more easily.
The company introduced its services in the City of Kigali on March 24, 2026. Previously, many small traders struggled to get loans from banks. However, Numida now provides a simpler solution.

Fast and Simple Loan Process
Applicants can use the Numida mobile app to apply for loans. First, they fill in their details. Then, they submit the required documents.
After that, the system reviews the application. In most cases, approval takes less than 24 hours. Loan amounts range from RWF 800,000 to RWF 12 million. In addition, borrowers repay the loans within 30 days.

Already, some entrepreneurs have benefited. For example, Nishimwe Teddy received a loan of RWF 3.5 million. She said the process was quick and clear. As a result, she plans to expand her business.
